Great place for a quick bite with delicious food. The staff is really friendly. I had mentioned we were splitting the sandwich and they brought it out on two plates already split. Love the garden sitting area around the building.

Great place to stop for a good tasting cup of coffee and a bakery item. I've enjoyed every sandwich I've ordered. Always friendly.

When I say they have delicious food - I ABSOLUTELY MEAN IT. They’re hamburger Royale is one of the best burgers I’ve had in my lifetime. The hamburger is cooked just the right amount - and the bun is so soft yet so mouthwatering. The smoothies are amazing as well, with a variety of flavors to choose from. The service here is amazing and food comes quickly and is served with superb fries depending on which meal you chose. Please, if your in Cape Cod make sure to give this little cafe a visit and support them!

My wife and I shared a fried squash blossom panini. With pesto, fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. Absolutely delicious. Sweet jm potato fries were very good as well. Would go again.

Visiting Cape Cod for the week and came across this gem. Very good food and drink here. Been hankering for a lobster roll, and this one really did the job. Would HIGHLY recommend having it and eating here for lunch! I also tried the chicken avocado blt which was very good and the mocha smoothie, which was quite refreshing. If I lived in this area I would come here all the time!

Cafe Alfresco never fails to delight and to even surpass your expectations. They are a never-ending source of creative, innovative and delicious treats. It is always a very solid, dependable choice for lunch, a quick snack or just a cup of coffee. They always have something original and delicious on the menu board.

The food is amazing and they actually have healthy choices at great qualities that taste good! But the service was kind of lacking and the gentleman who answered the phone and was at the counter was extremely dismissive and on attentive and that is the only reason I gave three stars if not it would have been a 5-star review

Pleasant place, good coffee and breakfast.

Today was my second day coming in and I popped in for a coffee. My card wasn’t working for some reason and they were kind enough to give me the coffee for free. Serious life savors here! I appreciate the kind gesture! It really made my day. The man working at the register was so nice and genuine. I recommend this cafe to anyone looking for good eats or amazing coffee!!

I stopped here on a whim after work for a pick me up. From the time I placed my order to the time I received my drink not one staff member made eye contact with me. It was very off putting. If you’re expecting friendly service I would not recommend.

This place is amazing! The food is cheap and delicious. The only problem is that there is barely any seating but when I went there, there was barely any people so I don't know if I got lucky. Overall fabulous!

Great tomato on BLT.

They have the best caprese salad on bread ever. I love caprese salad and they have a new twist on it. It’s served on warm bread, with a basil olive oil sauce with cuts of mozzarella and tomato overlapping. Every time I go to get a hair cut I come here after for this sandwich.

Family owned. Great for lunch or coffee and dessert. Muffins, croissants and an array of different coffees are top notch. Seating inside or out. A real good choice for locals or tourists. Dale and Marsha are hard workers who are super cooks and super people

Great lobster roll

I go here so often when I'm in Brewster it's ridiculous. but no surprise, it's my favorite cafe. they have a squash blossom panini that will rock your world, and their fish wrap is pretty yummy too! all their smoothies are delicious, but my favorite thing has to be their corn chowder. they have it in the late spring or winter which sucks when you're only there in the summer haha but if you complain to Miles enough he'll get the kitchen to make some for another day :) it's a cute little place with lots of seating and outdoor picnic tables right next to a fountain and green area. it's a must!

Fresh made to order, delicious food. We got the chicken BLT panini and will be back. Looking forward to going back. They had several delicious sounding options on their menu, including some healthier choices.

Amazing food for everyone in my family. The only thing I don't like is that the shop itself is a bit cramped. But overall I would definitely recommend coming here.

Cafe Alfresco has a loyal local following. The menu is quite limited for lunch. I was not particularly impressed with the menu, the tastiness of my sandwich, the vibe, the decor, the prices or with the service.I will go back and try them again. Maybe their breakfast, pastries and coffee are a lot better than their sandwiches. Honestly, I don't know what all the buzz is about here.I found Alfresco to be uninspiring at best.

I have been going here for almost 25 years. The chef is the same owner, only now he has his son working there, too. I have only had one meal there that was not so great, which says so much considering I have probably eaten here a thousand times, at least. His soups are so good, his coffee is so good, his sandwiches are so good.....everything is good!!

Great relaxing place for a quick bite or longer meet-up. Great food.
